Dr. Rebecca Good
Retired educator of 39 years, has served as teacher, principal, central staff executive director, school founder/CEO/school superintendent, and Higher Education professor.
She has opened new schools, renovated multiple campuses, and secured a 38 million bond for her district watching the district grow from 700 students to 1600 within a few years.
She now works as an education consultant, focusing on helping charter operators open charter schools from inception to bricks, helping districts handle chronic absenteeism, and other academic issues.
As a nationally recognized education analyst, Dr. Good frequently appears on podcasts, television, radio shows to talk about trending education issues.
Boby John
Accomplished school administrator with more than 20 years of experience leading educational institutions across California and Texas.
Boby brings a proven track record of turning around underperforming schools, leading multi-million-dollar construction and technology initiatives, and building strong academic programs grounded in innovation and equity.
Boby has led school systems overseeing everything from curriculum development and campus expansion to afterschool programming and community partnerships. His leadership helped build and renovate schools, implemented district-wide technology programs, and introduced project-based learning models that significantly boosted student performance.
He holds a Superintendent Certification (TX EC-12) and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from UT Arlington.
